Textile Design Inspiration Provided by My Favorite Season.

Do you wonder about an artist's source of inspiration? My favorite way to replenish my idea bank is to immerse myself in nature. Just get out there and "sit with it". It's magical and it seeps into my inner-being without effort. Then later in the studio it makes itself known on paper or canvas or what every artistic medium is being employed.

As soon as I publish this post I'm heading outdoors and I really hope you'll find some "nature time" in your day today too!

P.S. I'd love to know what you'd like to see on fabric for your next Scrap-bag project. I've created a form with check boxes so its super fast and easy for you. It anonymous and no email is required. Your input would be so helpful!

Please use this link and check off all your favorites. Then watch for the new designs!

Hi Marie! Thank you for your comment and question. I have not worked with a pleated fabric. We would love to hear how it works out for you. Keep us posted!
