A quick snap shot of a few members of our local group! Many of them are weavers and quilters.
We were also introduced to Fika. Fikas are happy afternoon gatherings between friends. Similar to our US version of a coffee break. Below is a photo of the lovely Swedish Fika we all enjoyed at Winnie's!

Wonderful way to spend the day. I have a little loom I found in a thrift, one of these days, I will use it. I thought it would be fun to make table mats and runners with it.

Hello, Just found you googl'ing Helena Hernmarck. Today I took a few pictures of Ms. Hernmark's colossal "Urn" tapestry in Atlanta. All taken through the window. It's a stunning centerpiece of a 7-story lobby.
