Artist Studio Tour - Elk River Minnesota

Today my friends and neighbors had open houses at their art studios.
I thought you might be inspired by their work spaces.

Here is the pottery studio of Chad Briggs and his wife Terry (a painter).

Then it's just a short walk to Sue Seegers Studio.
Sue's a metal scupltor and jewelry maker!

And I am lucky enough to work just down the
street from these three amazing artists!

Surround yourself with creative people they will rub off on you.

Now, back to work for me . . .

(Let me know if you enjoy seeing this sort of post.)

It looks like a wonderful place to be creative. I do like other mediums and seeing the work of others, gets me motivated.

I love seeing this sort of stuff. It is nice if a blog is a mixture... part creative stuff, part surroundings, where you live, what rocks your boat at that moment (like music, books, films) and then back to creative stuff!

I took part in the Quilting Arts Studio tour last month where people take you (virutally) around their studio. It was so interesting!

I am soon going to do a giveaway (100th post nearing) where I am going to ask people to post a little about where they live.. I hope some of my readers will not be too busy to take a few photo's. It is so great to visit people in their personal worlds rather than just one aspect.

In short... YES!! Enjoyed it very much! Thank you for taking the trouble to post it!
